Thank you for choosing to work with us. We are dedicated to providing exceptional training for aspiring retreat leaders, transformative coaching, intuitive readings, and high-quality digital resources.

Because our offers vary from digital downloads to live high-level training, we have specific policies for each category of service. Please review the section relevant to your purchase below.

1. Retreat Leader Trainings, Live Retreats/Trainings, & Certification Programs

Applicable to: Group and/or private training programs, workshops, and courses designed to teach leaders how to run their own retreats, meditate, or personal growth and development, etc. 

• Deposits: Any deposit made to secure a spot in a training cohort is non-refundable. This secures your place and prevents others from registering.

• Cancellation by Participant:

  • More than 60 days before start date: You may be eligible to receive a refund of any balance paid (minus the non-refundable deposit). If your registration includes meals and/or rooms, and the supplies or room payments have already been purchased, that amount will be deducted from your refund. Any other unrecoverable costs already incurred due to your registration will also be deducted from your possible refund.

  • 14–60 days before start date: No refund will be issued. You may apply up to 50% (minus the cost of meals and/or rooms or any other unrecoverable costs) of your payment toward a future training cohort within 12 months.

  • Less than 14 days before start date: No refunds or credits will be issued (This policy may be reviewed with proof of extreme emergency to receive credits).

• Course Materials: Once access to proprietary training manuals or digital portals has been granted, the full cost of the program is non-refundable, regardless of the timeline.

• Force Majeure: In the event that a retreat must be cancelled due to acts of God, natural disasters (relevant in Hawaiʻi or other event location), or government restrictions, we will offer a transfer of funds to a future date or a refund minus any unrecoverable costs (e.g., venue deposits we cannot get back).

2. Private Coaching & Consulting

Applicable to all: 1:1 and/or group Architect Coaching sessions.

• 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend the appointment (“No-Show”), you will be charged 100% of the session fee or forfeit that session from your package.

• Breakthrough Sessions: 

  • More than 60 days before start date: You may be eligible to receive a refund of any balance paid (minus the non-refundable deposit). If your registration includes meals and or rooms, and the supplies or room payments have already been purchased, that amount will be deducted from your refund.

  • 14–60 days before start date: No refund will be issued. You may apply up to 50% (minus the cost of meals and/or rooms) of your payment toward a future training cohort within 12 months.

  • Less than 14 days before start date: No refunds or credits will be issued (this policy may be reviewed with proof of extreme emergency).

  • After the session: Are non-refundable.

• Package Refunds: Unused portions of coaching packages are refundable within the first 21 days of purchase, minus the full standard rate of sessions already used. After 21 days, all packages are non-refundable.

3. Astrology & Tarot Readings

Applicable to: Natal chart readings, transit updates, and Tarot sessions.

• Preparation Work: Please be aware that significant preparation time is often required to analyze charts prior to your session.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded minus the amount of prepwork completed.

  • Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

• Completed Readings: Due to the subjective nature of intuitive work and the time invested, no refunds will be issued after a reading has been delivered (whether live, recorded, or written).

• Disclaimer: By booking a reading, you acknowledge that these services are for guidance and entertainment purposes only and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

4. Digital Products & Assessments

Applicable to: “Masculine and Feminine Therapy Assessments,” nature soundscapes, meditations, video assets, and downloadable PDFs.

• All Sales Final: Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital content, all sales for downloadable products are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the access link has been sent.

• Exceptions: If a file is corrupted or you are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our end, we will replace the file or provide a full refund upon verification of the issue.
